Urban Company is committed to enabling dignified livelihoods and service excellence for its partners and customers alike. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Training Manager based in Hyderabad. The Housekeeping Training Manager will design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for housekeeping professionals, including classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and on-the-job coaching. Responsibilities include creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and checklists to ensure consistent quality, safety, and hygiene standards across all services. The role involves conducting regular skill assessments, identifying training needs, and providing refresher sessions to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction. The Housekeeping Training Manager will also collaborate with operations, quality, and partner management teams to address performance gaps, gather feedback, and align training with business goals. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in housekeeping, facility management, hospitality, or a related service industry, with a strong focus on quality and hygiene standards. - Hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs, including workshops, on-the-job training, and refresher courses. - Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to train diverse groups of service professionals. - Ability to develop and standardize SOPs, checklists, and training materials for housekeeping services. - Comfort with using basic digital tools and platforms for scheduling, tracking training completion, and maintaining records. - Strong organizational, time-management, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with operations and quality teams. - Ability to observe service delivery on-site, conduct audits, and translate findings into actionable training interventions. - Fluency in English and local languages relevant to Hyderabad; additional regional language skills are an advantage. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, hotel management, training, or a related field preferred. - Willingness to work on-site, travel within the city as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
