Dear **Aspirant**, Greetings from **TCS !** TCS presents excellent opportunity for QA Analyst / Test Migration Specialist - **HP ALM with Panaya and Zira ]** Job description mentioned below for your reference. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Experience: **5 - 12 Years** Job Location: **Chennai / Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune / Noida / Nagpur / Hyderabad / Kolkata / Bhubaneshwar / Ahmedabad / Indore** Strong experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Test Management processes. - **Hands-on experience with Panaya Test Management.** - Experience in test case migration, test repository management, and traceability management. - Strong understanding of: o Test Planning o Test Design o Test Execution o Defect Management o Test Reporting • Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Ability to analyze and map test assets across tools and repositories. Lead and execute the migration of test assets from Jira/Xray (or similar ALM/Test Management tools) to Panaya, ensuring complete test coverage, traceability, and data integrity. **Key Responsibilities:** **Test Migration Activities** • Assess existing test repositories in Jira/Xray and other test management platforms. • Analyze and map: o Requirements o User Stories o Test Cases o Test Suites o Test Cycles o Defects • Define migration strategy, approach, and mapping rules. • Execute migration of test assets to Panaya. • Validate migrated data for completeness and accuracy. • Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, test cases, execution results, and defects. • Perform reconciliation and reporting of migration results. **ALM & Test Management** • Configure and maintain Panaya repositories. • Support test planning and execution activities post-migration. • Create dashboards and metrics for migration progress and quality. • Coordinate with business for issue resolution. • Develop migration guidelines, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents. **Governance** • Track migration milestones and risks. • Participate in Agile ceremonies. • Support quality audits and compliance requirements. • Drive migration best practices and process improvements.
