Job description

Job Title: **High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) - Production Engineer** Job Purpose: Responsible for **planning, executing, and optimizing HPDC production processes** to achieve high efficiency, reduce rejections, and ensure consistent quality of aluminum castings for automotive and industrial applications. Key Responsibilities - **Production Planning**: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to meet output targets. - **Process Optimization**: Monitor and adjust die casting parameters (die temperature, shot profile, lubrication, cycle time) to improve OEE and reduce scrap. - **Quality Assurance**: Ensure compliance with IATF/ISO standards, resolve casting defects, and maintain SOPs. - **Tool & Machine Management**: Oversee die tool maintenance (150650 ton machines), coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive upkeep. - **Documentation**: Maintain production records, process parameters, PFMEA, and control plans. - **Continuous Improvement**: Drive initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. - **Team Coordination**: Supervise operators, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. ***Candidates from casting background will be consider for interviews.*** **If interested kindly share resume on:** trainee\\_aapathak@endurance.co.in
