Role: HPE Developer Experience:6-15Years Location: Hyderabad Required Technical Skill Set : 1. Proficiency in HPE Automated Assurance. 2. knowledge in IBM Netcool suite of products. 3. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments. 4. Experience with scripting languages (e.g.,Python, PowerShell) and automation tools. 5. Familiarity with deploying HPE Automated Assurance in Cloud infrastructure. 6. Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools. 7. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 8. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. 9. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. **Must-Have\\*\\*** - **Migration of legacy fault Mgmt**. setup (Netcool Omnibus) to HPE AA solution. - **Implementation & Configuration**: Install, configure, and integrate HPE Automated Assurance solutions into the GCP infrastructure. - **Monitoring & Optimization**: Develop and deploy monitoring strategies to proactively identify and resolve issues within the Cloud IT environment. - **Automation**: Design and implement automation workflows to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency. - **Incident Management**: Respond to and resolve incidents identified by the HPE Automated Assurance system, working closely with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution. - **Performance Analysis**: Analyse system performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. - **Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the HPE Automated Assurance system configurations, processes, and procedures. - **Training & Support**: Provide training and support to IT staff on the use and capabilities of the HPE Automated Assurance system. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with other IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of assurance solutions with business needs. - Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulations, and support security initiatives as per the best practices adopted across organizations to protect IT infrastructure and application. **Good-to-Have** - HPE certification in Automated Assurance or related areas. - Experience with additional HPE tools and solutions. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
