This is an execution-focused role requiring strong hands-on proficiency in Excel and reporting processes. The individual will ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting outputs, support issue resolution, and collaborate closely with senior team members to meet business and client reporting requirements. Talent \& HR Practice involves implementing strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. This includes managing hiring processes, employee training, and career development programs. The goal is to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial for creating a positive and effective work environment. A set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner. What are we looking for Relevant years in reporting / analytics Bachelors degree in any discipline (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent) Mandatory: MIS Reporting, MS Excel, Data Accuracy \& Validation, Analytical \& Problem-Solving Skills, Verbal \& Written Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Customer Service OrientationPreferred: HR Domain Knowledge, Exposure to PowerQuery / VBA Roles and Responsibilities: " Support the development and delivery of standard recurring MIS reports using Excel and client/internal data sources Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through regular checks and validations Identify and flag data anomalies or reporting issues to senior team members for resolution Assist in report updates, enhancements, and operational reporting deliverables Collaborate with team members to meet reporting timelines and service level commitments Support root cause analysis (RCA) activities for reporting issues and document corrective actions Maintain documentation, SOPs, and version controls for recurring reports Participate in training, knowledge-sharing, and skill-building initiatives Be flexible to support business requirements, including rotational shifts" "Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" .
