HR Application and Transformation Analyst

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Support the implementation and enhancement of HR technology platforms and digital HR processes - Work with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into functional specifications. - Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and internal technology teams for solution delivery. - Assist in solution design, testing, UAT coordination, issue tracking, and deployment activities. - Support automation of repetitive HR processes and employee-facing workflows. - Contribute to HR analytics and insights initiatives by coordinating data requirements, dashboards, and reporting needs. - Help evaluate digital tools, AI-enabled solutions, automation opportunities, and employee self-service capabilities. - Drive user adoption through training support, communication material, walkthroughs, and stakeholder engagement. - Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely execution. - Support change management activities for new HR systems, processes, and digital interventions. **Preferred candidate profile** - Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, Keka, or similar HR platforms. - Basic understanding of AI, automation, chatbots, employee self-service, or digital adoption tools. - Experience with dashboards, HR analytics, Power BI, or people insights. - Basic project management knowledge, including milestone tracking and RAID logs. - Exposure to change management, training, or user adoption initiatives.
