HR Assistant (Contractual Role)

Job description

Supporting HR based processes to ensure that validation of required steps are undertaken on daily/weekly basis. Connect with offered candidates to guide them on required documentation to ensure smooth onboarding experience. Working on verification of onboarding documents of new Joinees at Jio. Prepare various MIS and Reports for Management/central team to take decisions and actions. Working on various HR and Recruitment follow-ups and ensuring that TAT is adhered to. Connecting with Recruiters/HRBPs to monitor timely adherence to various timelines. Candidates with 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation will be preferred. Training on Excel, HR processes and Report preparation will be provided.
