Monitoring & preparing reports for ER for further action (Low Attendance / Mispunch / Late & Early Duty Reports / Shift Change / Shift Continuity Monitoring) 2. Ensuring management communication reaches all levels of team members (Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Services Plant, etc.) 3. Manpower recruitment coordination with HR 4. Attrition & replacements management 5. Meeting hall schedule management and hall assets management 6. Employees grievance handling and MIS reporting 7. Finance experience would be an added advantage 8. Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel 9. Finance Etc. works
