**What are the Key Deliverables in this role?** **Financial Outcomes:** Partner & collaborate with teams to develop, implement, and drive business results. Drive engagement to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency of the workforce. Work closely with business leaders to understand the resourcing requirements and drive closures in partnership with TA Team. Drive talent management & succession planning in partnership with Leadership Team Support design and implementation of development centre process to identify & promote right talent. Partner with Leadership team to drive below key people metrics, o Engagement Index o People costs (Fixed, Variable, Incentives) o Recruitment as per SLA/ timelines o Span of Control o Employee retention rate **Customer Service:** Drive execution of HR services that include induction, performance management, reward and recognition, organization design, learning and development, talent management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, C&B in collaboration with COE teams. Manage employee issues pertaining to disciplinary matters and grievance handling. Provide advice and coaching to line managers on disciplinary or ethical cases Ensure Quarterly Connects. Townhalls and Annual Offsites are planned & executed well within the timeline & budgets. Be the focal point of all key stakeholders on Ethics, Data Integrity, Grievance, Disciplinary Action cases **Internal Processes:** Partner with business leaders in building a talent pipeline with the right skills and experiences to grow the business by identifying and nurturing talent. Enable Data-driven decision by ensuring HR systems and reports are updated regularly and accurately. Ensure Data accuracy across multiple systems such as People Hub, KREDO Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities. Drive augmented workforce processes and compliances in partnership with the Talent Team. **Innovation and Learning:** Stay updated on the latest HR trends and apply the best practices to drive business results. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, policies and practices. Support in collaborating with COE teams to effectively drive people processes in the region **What are the Critical success factors for the Role?** Qualification - MBA in HR 6-8 Years of experience as an HR Generalist. Strong business acumen and in depth understanding of strategic people processes. Experience in partnering with senior business leaders in driving peoples agenda. Strong analytical & business communication skills, collaborative mindset Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities **What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?** Familiarity with the consumer goods industry Experience of working on HRMS & managing regional stakeholders Comfortable with handling ambiguity Collaboration and team management, good skills in Data Analytics, to deliver key responsibilities listed out Partner & collaborate with teams to develop, implement, and drive business results.
