We look forward to growing together toward a brighter future. ## **Lead – HR Shared Services / HR Operations** **Location:** Pune, India ### **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **HR Shared Services Lead** to join our HR Operations team in Pune. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational processes, ensuring efficient service delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with deep expertise in HR operations, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality services in a fast-paced, global environment. **Note:** This is an HR Operations/Shared Services role and not an HR Business Partner (HRBP) position. ### **Key Responsibilities** - Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Shared Services professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture - Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including: - Onboarding and offboarding - Employee data management - Benefits administration - Leave management - HR policy interpretation - Ensure timely and accurate service delivery in line with established **Service Level Agreements (SLAs)** and operational metrics - Act as a **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** for HR operations, providing guidance to stakeholders and team members - Identify opportunities for **process improvement, standardisation, and automation** to enhance efficiency and employee experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure seamless service delivery - Track, analyse, and report HR operational metrics, highlighting trends and recommending corrective actions - Stay updated on HR policies, procedures, and relevant labour laws - Manage escalations and resolve complex HR queries effectively ### **Qualifications & Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - **10–12 years of progressive experience** in HR Shared Services or HR Operations - Proven experience in a **leadership role** , including managing and developing teams - Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) ### **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in a **global HR Shared Services environment** - Hands-on experience with HR systems such as: - SAP - Oracle - PeopleSoft - SuccessFactors - ServiceNow - Strong understanding of **end-to-end employee lifecycle processes** - Demonstrated experience in managing and meeting **SLAs and operational KPIs** ### **Skills & Competencies** - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, dynamic environment** - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence - High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance ### **Functional Area** HR Shared Services / HR Operations Relocation Supported: No Visa Sponsorship Approved: No At Fujitsu, we are committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants.
