**Why we need this role** Analyses business processes, identifies needs, and recommends solutions to help Colt improve its efficiency, functionality, and profitability. **What You Will Do** Business/ Process Analysts support the business analysis and process improvement workstreams on large, complex projects to ensure that business needs are delivered through clearly communicated, traceable requirements. **What We're Looking For** Typical tasks and responsibilities will include: - Planning and leading business process improvement activities, developing accompanying policies and guidelines. - Planning and managing business situation analysis. - Planning and leading on scoping, requirements definition and priority setting for the more complex delivery programmes. - Planning data modelling and design activities, providing advice and guidance to team members using the data structures. - Assisting in preparing and executing acceptance testing, developing the acceptance criteria and specifying the test cases and scenarios. - Facilitating business decision-making processes with key stakeholders.
