**Position Title:** Manager HR & ER **Location:** West Bengal Cement Works - Durgapur **Required Skills** - Hands on experience in HR, - strong Liaison with govt. - Stakeholder Management **Job Description** - Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Onboarding - Employee training and development - Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review & Annual Performance Appraisal - Ensure harmonious work environment with union and workmen - Industrial Relation Enforce Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act w.r.t contract manpower - Planning & Supervision of Security arrangement in the entire plant area. - Control of Vehicle Moment for Incoming Raw Material & Outgoing Cement Despatches. - Planning & Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility, Celebration of Various Festivals, Company Event and the Quality of Life. - Allocation of Flats in Complex, Supervision of OHC Canteen, Company Vehicles & General Administration - Liaison with govt. & strong holds on stake holder management
