**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. - Provide exceptional customer service to employees through effective communication and issue resolution. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives. - Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform administrative tasks such as payroll processing. **Job Requirements :** - Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Gujarati language. - 0-1 years of experience in an HR role or related field (freshers welcome). - Strong understanding of basic HR principles, practices, and regulations. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
