**Role & responsibilities** HR Operations & Compliance • Manage onboarding, employee records, confirmations, promotions, transfers and exits. • Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs and employee communications. • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. • Support payroll inputs in coordination with Finance. **Preferred candidate profile** 6-7 Years of experience in HR Policy and Organisational Development. Experience in retail or manufacturing. Well verse with HR Operations Sound understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance. willing to work 6 days
