Join us redefine what s next for you **Job Family Definition:** Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of human resources administration and activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities and support. Processes HR data according to the company policy and legal requirements, consults on HR processes and implementation, and is responsible for end-to-end HR customer support throughout the employee life cycle. Identifies emerging applications and recommends process improvements and simplification that support business and HR strategy. Works across the business, functional, and regional areas of the company to recommend IT investments and improvements to HR tools. Implements and tracks programs and processes to ensure that records are accurate, accessible, and appropriately secure, and that data retrieval and reporting capabilities meet the needs of internal customers, legal compliance, and the company policy requirements (e.g., data management and integration of data). Re-engineers processes at regional and country level and works in partnership with global teams to build more process strength and capability. Provides support for recruiting in administration, internal hiring and lower-level external hiring. Ensures seamless support through Contact HR for both front- and back-end processes. Defines the strategy for HR Operations support of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Outsourcing (MADO). Leads, coordinates and provides HR Operations support for all MADO employee transitions. **Management Level Definition:** Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. **What you ll do:** **Responsibilities:** - Implements, manages, and problem-solves issues for an entire process or system of moderate to high complexity. - Consults with HR leaders to identify process improvements, ensure understanding and successful implementation of new processes, and works with HRIT to test process improvements. - Contributes to priority projects that impact employees at the country or regional level and may lead projects of moderate to high complexity. - Resolves most complex HR support cases and effectively manages and follows up on escalations. - Provides input on HR Operations transaction, reporting, support or content tools. - Leads internal HR outsourcing transitions of moderate to high complexity. - Provides support for MADO deals, including coordination, escalation and issue management. - Develops and delivers trainings for new processes, programs, and platform rollouts. **What you need to bring:** **Education and Experience Required:** - First-level university degree or equivalent experience. - Typically 4-6 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources. - Experience in cross-functional areas, such as compensation, benefits, staffing, recruiting, or HRIT preferred. **Knowledge and Skills:** - Strong level of process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes. - Strong general HR knowledge. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. - Strong ability to use productivity tools, HR systems and applications. - Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation. - Ability to recognize and effectively manage the consequences of a process. - **Prompt engineering:** Including advanced techniques like setting constraints and reducing AI errors - **Generative AI tool proficiency:** Hands-on use of platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot - **Workflow automation:** Using no-code tools to connect AI to everyday tasks - **AI-human collaboration:** Acting as the human reviewer who checks AI work for accuracy and nuance - **AI ethics and governance:** Understanding data privacy, bias, and responsible use. - **Predictive** and **prescriptive** analytics - **Power BI** with **AI including** skills such as technical data preparation, logical data modeling, and intuitive visual design. - Working Knowledge of **Power app** and **Power automate** with data shaping, visualization, and automation skills. #Humanresources #india **Job:** Human Resources **Job Level:** Specialist HPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer.
