Process Excellence & Automation - Employee Lifecycle Management - Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including: - Pre-onboarding - Onboarding - Employee movements - Promotions - Transfers - Leave administration - Offboarding and separation - Ensure all employee records are maintained accurately in HR systems. - Generate and issue employee letters, contracts, addendums, and employment-related documents. - Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries. - Manage cases received through HR Helpdesk, Service Desk, HR Mailbox, and self-service platforms. - Ensure adherence to defined SLA and quality standards. - Drive excellent employee experience through timely query resolution. - Maintain accurate employee master data in HRIS systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms. - Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. - Support organizational restructuring and mass employee data changes. - Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and validations. - Ensure accurate processing of: - New hires - Employee exits - Salary changes - Incentive payouts - Overtime - Deductions - Benefits updates - Resolve payroll-related employee queries in collaboration with payroll vendors and finance teams. - Administer employee benefits programs, including: - Medical aid - Pension/provident fund - Group life insurance - Disability benefits - Wellness programs - Coordinate employee enrollments, changes, and vendor escalations. - Ensure HR operations comply with: - South African Labour Relations Act (LRA) - Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) - Employment Equity Act (EEA) - Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) - Skills Development Act - Relevant payroll and tax regulations - Support internal and external audits. - Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness. - Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports. - Analyze HR operational metrics including: - Headcount - Attrition - SLA performance - Turnaround times - Employee lifecycle statistics - Provide monthly management reports and insights. - Coordinate with: - Payroll vendors - Benefit providers - Background verification partners - Compliance agencies - Monitor vendor performance against contracted SLAs. - Escalate and resolve service delivery issues. - Identify process improvement opportunities. - Drive standardization and automation of HR processes. - Support implementation of HR technologies, workflow automation, and AI-driven HR solutions. - Develop SOPs, process maps, and knowledge articles. **Responsibilities** NA **Qualifications** **Education** - Bachelor's Degree or Masterin Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field. - Postgraduate HR qualification preferred. **Experience** **HR Operations Specialist** - 4–6 years of HR Operations/HR Shared Services experience. **About Us** At Zensar, we’re *“experience-led everything”* .
