**Title:** HR Operations Analyst **Location:** Mumbai **Work format:** Full time work from office **Work Timings:** Candidate should be comfortable with work in rotational shifts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Acts as a seasoned subject matter expert in various HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. - Should have strong hands-on working experience on HRIS Platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. - Identifies opportunities for streamlining HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize workflows and HR operations. - Ensures HR activities and processes are in full compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. - Utilizes HR data to generate insights, trends, and metrics that inform decision-making and drive improvements. - Accountable for organizational change initiatives within HR operations, providing guidance to employees during transitions. - Works across other departments to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and ensure seamless operations. - Works on relevant HRIS software for data management, reporting, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS. - Performs any other related task as required.
