**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the BFSI industry, including bulk hiring and mass recruitment. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their talent requirements and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality and fitment with client needs. - Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize the process. **Job Requirements :** - 3-7 years of experience in Human Resource Recruiter or Talent Acquisition role in BFSI sector. - Proven track record of successful sales hiring, bulk hiring, or mass recruitment campaigns. - Strong understanding of HRSd (Human Resources Shared Services) systems and processes. - Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
