HR Recruiter - Non-IT sourcing Specialist

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** • 3-8 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment / sourcing • Proven experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring • Exposure to hiring for Accounts, Finance, CXM, WFM, and Operations roles • Strong sourcing and screening skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working from office. • Flexible to extend working hours based on business requirements **Preferred candidate profile** • **Experience working in consultancy/staffing firms or high-volume hiring environments** • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools • Strong networking and candidate engagement skills **Note:** - Immediate to 15 Days Joiners only - Work from Office **Important:** - **drop your resume only if you have experience in non-IT hiring majorly in BPO roles or finance roles.
