Job description

Roles & Responsibilities: - Strong project management skills applied in a business/corporate environment. - Lead HR Solutions projects according to Capgemins BID methodology - Strong experience in HR Solutions and leading/responding to RFI and RFP for H2R domain - Involved in Solution process design levering our curren Methodologies such as DGEM and internal and external HR Benchmarks. - Able to estimate FTE requirements based on the data provided by the client in the RFP/RFI - Should have done commercial modelling and FTE sizing to design HR Target operating model - Responsible for managing internal stakeholders ir order to work aligned to BID strategy. - Design solution according to the project deadlines and provide the required deliverables. - Participate in workshops (if applicable) to capture actions required by Clients to facilitate Solution Design process. - Participate in solution defense, Orals workshops . - Ensure knowledge sharing with other team members and work in coordination with Practices guidelines. - Experience in managing multiple projects. - Strong Analytical and problem solving skills . **Functional Area** : - Valid experience of 14+ years in H2R domain - Experience in leading HR Solutioning and transformation processes - Experience in HR technology HCM, Case management tool and otheres (Desirable) - Knowledge of Business Optix / Visio or mapping tool - Good verbal and written communication skills - Managing H2R internal stakeholders. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Experience in client facing for projects requirement gathering, development and technical deployments. - Experience leading/following up Development projects from Solutioning perspective. - Working with sales teams to develop and deliver solutions by responding to client RFI/RFP - Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini BID methodology - Provide all teams involved in BID with relevant information on Solution and responsible to own any changes into the solution during the BID process.
