**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Source top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. - Create compelling job postings that accurately reflect the company's requirements and attract qualified candidates. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify potential hires who meet the necessary qualifications. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates. **Job Requirements :** - 0-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and best practices. - Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively source, screen, and present candidates. - Proficiency in using job portals like LinkedIn Recruiter or other relevant platforms.
