Because we know that when we bring together smart colleagues from across the world, we can shape the future of healthcare, driving impact for customers and defining the pace of patient progress. **Job Responsibilities** **JOB RESPONSIBI** **L** **ITIES** - Execute routine HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and benefits setup. - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems. - Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, pay, benefits, leaves, performance management, and company guidelines via Workday Help/ServiceNow; escalate when required: escalate complex issues appropriately. - Support internal audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. - Contribute to process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge base documentation to drive efficiency in a tiered service delivery model - Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery. - Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Participate in projects and provide input from an operational perspective. - Manage workload effectively, prioritizing based on business needs. **QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS** - Bachelor’s degree in human resources , Business Administration, or related field. - 3 years of experience in HR operations strong HR operations/Shared Services experience, preferably in a multinational environment. - Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and HR ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Workday Help).  - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently with moderate supervision. - Demonstrates ethical behaviour and commitment to compliance. **Get to know Syneos Health** Over the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000+ Trial patients.
