The role owns the full path from requirement to launch, covering solutioning, data design, testing, rollout and post-launch support, across **SuccessFactors** , **Power BI** and adjacent HR platforms, so that what the team builds is adopted and trusted, and measurably improves the employee and manager experience. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Drive requirement gathering and solutioning: convene the right stakeholders, define the problem accurately, and assess business and functional feasibility before build begins. 2. Design data elements and data flows across HR systems, ensuring data integrity and single-source-of-truth discipline, and troubleshoot with the technical team when issues surface. 3. Maintain project trackers, map deadline commitments to current status, surface risks early and escalate to the right owners. 8. Facilitate focus group discussions and structured feedback channels to improve user experience, and act on what is agreed. 9. Use SQL and ETL methods to assemble quality data sets, applying multiple validation checkpoints for accuracy, completeness and synchronisation with source systems. 10. Composure under ambiguity **Additional Information (If any)** - **About the HR Technology team:** HR Technology is the enablement function within HR, translating CoE priorities into working systems across the employee lifecycle, from hire to exit. The team runs a deliberate build-versus-buy model: enterprise SaaS where the market already solves the problem, and in-house build where the requirement is specific to Zensar. Products are delivered in partnership with Zensar’s CIO organisation and AI Labs teams, who provide the engineering, architecture and AI capability behind what HR takes to market internally. The remit spans systems of record, process reengineering, employee-facing self-service and leadership insight, worked through four levers: digitisation, process optimisation, automation and the disciplined application of AI. The team operates as an internal product organisation, owning requirements, architecture decisions, build sequencing, rollout and measurement end to end, and is accountable for adoption and outcomes rather than deployment. Success is measured on two outcomes: a materially better employee experience, and demonstrably more effective HR processes. - **How this role fits:** This role sits on the product side of the team. It owns the path from requirement to adoption for HR-facing products, working with CoE stakeholders on what is needed and with the CIO organisation and AI Labs teams on how it gets built. - **Growth path:** The team’s agenda is expanding into AI-enabled HR and enterprise people analytics. The role carries the opportunity to take on larger HR technology programmes as that agenda scales, including AI-infused solutions within HR. - **Platforms:** **SuccessFactors experience is preferred** . Candidates with equivalent exposure to other enterprise HRMS or ERP platforms are welcome to apply, given the learning agility to build SuccessFactors depth quickly. - **Background:** Candidates without prior HR technology experience are encouraged to apply where they can demonstrate strong learning agility and relevant automation, platform or analytics capability built in another function. - **Education:** Graduate in any discipline. A postgraduate qualification in HR, business, analytics or a technology discipline is an advantage, not a requirement. Demonstrated capability is weighted above credentials. - **Experience:** 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with greater experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis where the fit is strong. - **Work arrangement:** Hybrid. A minimum of three days per week on site at the Pune campus is mandatory.
