HRBP Associate Job Description Role Overview This role is a perfect fit for a proactive HR professional who enjoys managing the entire employee lifecycle while leveraging data and modern tools to drive efficiency. You will be responsible for everything from attracting top talent to ensuring a smooth exit process, acting as a key partner for our workforce connects and engagement initiatives. What You Will Do - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiations to bring in high-quality talent. - Employee Lifecycle Management: - Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless induction process for new hires, ensuring they are - Exit Management: Handle the exit process, including conducting insightful exit interviews and managing full and final settlements. - Workforce Connects & Engagement: Regularly connect with employees to gauge morale, resolve concerns, and organize high-impact engagement activities. - HR Operations: Oversee daily administrative tasks, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies. - Data & Reporting: Utilize HRMS tools and advanced Excel to track HR metrics and provide meaningful updates to stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in HR processes and advocate for automation and standardized procedures. What Were Looking For - Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or as an HR Generalist. - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Technical Savvy: - Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools for data management. - Expertise in Advanced MS Office (specifically XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables in Excel, and professional PowerPoint design). - Knowledge or experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact confidently with stakeholders across India and the US. - Mindset: A team player who works with confidence and without ego, demonstrating critical thinking and solid troubleshooting skills. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an Agile environment and adapt to changing requirements and rotational shifts.
