**Senior Business Product Owner – ServiceNow HRSD** We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Product Owner to drive the adoption, optimization, and digital transformation of the ServiceNow HRSD platform. The role will focus on enhancing employee self-service capabilities, improving HR case management processes, enabling automation and AI-driven solutions, and maximizing platform utilization across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and prioritize the ServiceNow HRSD product backlog and roadmap. - Enhance Employee Center, Knowledge Base, Service Catalog, and Virtual Agent capabilities to improve employee experience and self-service adoption. - Optimize HR case lifecycle workflows and Agent Workspace to improve operational efficiency and case resolution. - Drive automation, AI, and predictive intelligence initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery. - Conduct platform maturity assessments, identify functional gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities. - Partner with HR, IT, and ServiceNow teams to define requirements, align priorities, and ensure successful delivery. - Leverage Performance Analytics to monitor adoption, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. - Evaluate integration opportunities across HR systems to enhance workflows and employee experience. **Required Skills & Experience** - Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD and HR Service Delivery processes. - Product ownership, backlog management, and roadmap planning experience. - Expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management. - Experience with HR case management, knowledge management, service catalogs, and self-service solutions. - Knowledge of automation, AI, workflow optimization, and performance analytics. - Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, PMO, and business stakeholders. **Preferred Background** - ServiceNow HRSD Product Owner - Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner - HR Technology Consultant - HR Digital Transformation Lead - ServiceNow Functional Consultant **Primary Location** India-Telangana-Hyderabad
