Company Name: WillwareTechnologies Role: HRSD Functional Consultant Experience:8+ Years Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Noida ,Kolkata Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience to lead HR Service Delivery implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in HRSD, requirement gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and HR process transformation. Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze business requirements for HR Service Delivery. • Configure and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions. • Design HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Catalogs, and Knowledge Management. • Conduct workshops, prepare functional design documents, and manage UAT. • Collaborate with technical teams for successful solution delivery. • Provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live. Required Skills • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience. • Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD. • Experience in HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Catalogs, and Record Producers. • Good understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow platform capabilities. • Strong requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow CSA • CIS-HRSD • ITIL Foundation
