**Job Description-** **Job Title-** HRSS Manager **Location -** Greater Noida **Experience -** 5-8years **Role Overview:** This role is responsible for: • Managing end-to-end HR service delivery processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and turnaround time across regions • Leading a team responsible for employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, HR operations, data integrity, HRIS administration, documentation governance • Driving standardization, process efficiency, and automation initiatives across HR Shared Services • Managing SLAs, service quality metrics, and continuous improvement programs • Acting as a key liaison with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal teams for seamless operations • Enabling governance & audit readiness through strong controls and documentation • Supporting projects that requires SS automation and streamlining data reporting for decision-making **Business Importance & Operational Risk** This position is central to maintaining stability and reliability of core HR operations.
