Role: Hub Head What will you be doing? \\* Drive revenue growth by maximizing occupancy and ensuring steady availability of sellable rooms in the hub \\* Manage client collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables \\* Review revenue and performance dashboards to track team productivity and take data-driven decisions \\* Provide market insights, pricing trends, and competitive intelligence to support hub expansion strategies \\* Achieve hub targets for Revenue and Customer Experience (CX) metrics \\* Maintain quality standards to drive repeat business and improve guest experience \\* Resolve conflicts between property owners, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) \\* Daily availability of Sellable Rooms (DSRN) \\* Revenue & Contribution Margin (Absolute INR) \\* Pay at Hotel (PAH) realization \\* Daily Occupancy (URNs) improvement \\* Improvement in Guest Experience (GX metrics)   Required Skills \\* Strong networking ability \\* Good analytical and data interpretation skills \\* Problem-solving mindset \\* Stakeholder management & leadership capability Eligibility \\* 812 years of overall work experience \\* Minimum 34 years of experience managing teams \\* Experience in Hospitality / Travel industry will be an added advantage
