- Risk management hazard identification - Incident investigation root cause analysis - Environmental management (waste, emissions, water, ESG) - Oversee Scope 1, 2 and 3 for HUB APAC - Oversee trainings on EHS topic - Plan and conduct IMS internal audits - Drive Energy, Water conservation and waste management for HUB APAC - Adhere to HSE and ESG vision of Hitachi Energy Sustainability / HSE policy and Sustainability - Review and report of compliance and Risk Management (Internal, Process and External Audit) - Stakeholder Engagement and Communications (Collaboration both internal and external stakeholders) - Take up new initiatives in the areas of HSE and Sustainability - Team engagement during events/special days and department administration work - ISO and Sustainability - Lead implementation of: - 1. ISO 14001 (Environmental) - 2. ISO 45001 (Occupational Health Safety) - 3. ISO 50001 (Energy Management) - 4. Always Ensure audit readiness (internal external audits) - 5. Drive closure of non-conformities, CAPA effectiveness, and continual improvement - 6. Integrate Sustainability ESG initiatives into business operations: - 7. Energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management - 8. Carbon footprint reduction initiatives - 9. Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and corporate sustainability requirements - 10.
