**Hub Operations Manager - Retail** **Work Schedule:** 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Weekly Off) **Job Role:** Hub Operations Manager **Role Overview** We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Hub Operations Manager** to lead our hub operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day hub activities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to improve processes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** **Operational Management** - Lead and oversee end-to-end hub operations to ensure smooth daily functioning. - Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, SOPs, and processes. - Drive operational efficiency while optimizing cost and resource utilization. **Process Excellence** - Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements. - Monitor operational KPIs and ensure continuous performance enhancement. - Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and operational discipline. **Team Leadership** - Lead, mentor, and develop the hub operations team. - Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions. - Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and customer-first thinking. **Hub Operations** - Oversee vehicle inventory management and movement. - Ensure timely vehicle inspections, readiness, and order fulfillment. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow. - Ensure adherence to all safety, compliance, and company policies. **Customer Experience** - Resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Service teams to deliver a seamless customer journey. - Drive initiatives focused on improving customer satisfaction and service quality. **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline. - **5+ years** of experience in Operations Management, preferably in **Automotive, Logistics, Retail, or Supply Chain**. - Strong experience in managing large teams and driving operational performance. - Proven ability to streamline processes and implement operational improvements. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
