Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and align HR initiatives with business objectives. - Develop and implement HR strategies that support business needs. - Identify talent requirements and drive talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives. - Support organizational change by managing people-related aspects of transformation. - Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits. - Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Monitor and analyze attrition trends to identify root causes. - Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce voluntary turnover. - Conduct exit interviews to gather insights into employee attrition. - Foster employee engagement and promote a positive work environment. - Oversee the performance review process, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions. - Develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming employees. - Identify high-potential employees and provide development opportunities. - Enhance employee experience through wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and flexible work arrangements. - Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. - Use data analytics to identify trends, support decision-making, and measure the impact of HR initiatives. **Preferred candidate profile** - 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP). - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field; MBA preferred. - Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to business objectives. - Experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational change. - Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements. - Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience using HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR outcomes.
