**Role & responsibilities** : - Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals. - Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning. • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws. - Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. - Handle grievance and conflict resolution. • Support organizational change and transformation projects. • Provide HR analytics and insights to guide decision-making. • Handle grievance and conflict resolution. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations for large employee groups. **Preferred candidate profile** Education: UG/PG. • Experience: 2-3 years in HR with strategic HRBP role. • Skills: Strong communication, business acumen, conflict resolution, and analytical ability. • Shifts/Working- Flexible with all shifts, 5 days work from office.
