**Role & responsibilities** Strategic Communication • Drive communication for key people transformation initiatives by clearly articulating intent, progress, and outcomes • Translate people strategy and transformation priorities into sharp, insight-led narratives that address core challenges and reinforce the rationale for change • Ensure aligned, consistent messaging across channels by integrating transformation themes, underlying people priorities, and business context People Engagement • Design end-to-end engagement initiatives across the people function • Drive awareness and participation in HR programs Program Management • Partner with cross-functional teams to distill initiatives into clear, leadership-ready narratives • Structure and position programs for effective communication to senior leadership, including the MDs Office and People Function leadership • Build strong stakeholder alignment to ensure cohesive, high-quality representation across internal and external forums Listening Platforms • Provide operational support for employee listening platforms Tell Me •Support communication of insights and action plans • High level analytics on emerging themes and prepare data for de-brief with respective leadership/aligned stakeholders Recognition & Rewards (R&R) • Design and drive communication for R&R programs • Create visibility and excitement around recognition initiatives Content & Storytelling • Develop leadership communication, campaigns, and artifacts • Craft compelling employee stories and thematic messaging • Drive engagement through innovative formats
