**Job Title: HR Generalist** **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with department heads to meet manpower requirements. Maintain recruitment pipelines and MIS to ensure timely closures. - Administer apprenticeship programs under NAPS/NATS and company schemes, ensuring enrolment, documentation, and statutory compliance. - Handle contract labour management including onboarding, attendance tracking, wage verification, and compliance with CLRA and labour regulations. - Manage onboarding and induction processes for employees, apprentices, and contract staff, ensuring smooth joining formalities and documentation. - Ensure 100% compliance with all labour laws applicable to the manufacturing industry, maintain statutory registers and records, and support internal/external audits, inspections, and regulatory filings. - Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and employee lifecycle changes to ensure accurate and timely salary processing. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and internal communication to enhance workplace culture and retention. - Support HR operations including employee records management, HRIS updates, documentation issuance, leave and attendance administration. - Assist in performance management cycles, training coordination, and skill development initiatives. - Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary support to maintain a positive work environment. - Provide HR support for greenfield projects, factory compliance activities, and coordination with vendors and consultants.
