**Experience: 10 to 14 years** **Location: Puducherry (Thirubuvanai)** **Responsibilities:** - **Industrial relations / Employee relations - Union management** - **Hands on experience in handling domestic inquiry** - **Staff Recruitment, Joining and Separation Management** - **Payroll & Time office of Contract labour** - **Contract Labour Management** - **Strong knowledge of Labour laws and Statutory compliance** - **Budgeting and Cost Control for HR Admin** - **Plant Housekeeping & Hostel Management** - **HR MIS Reporting for Plant and Corporate** **Desired Profile:** - **Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills** - **Experience in Manufacturing or Plant HR operations**
