Job description

**Role & responsibilities:** - Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and local hiring drives. - Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders. - Maintain candidate pipelines for volume hiring requirements. - Track hiring MIS, TAT, offer rollouts, and joining status. - Ensure a positive candidate experience and process compliance. **Preferred candidate profile:** - Graduate/MBA in HR preferred. - 1-4 years of recruitment experience. - Experience in hiring for Sales, Collections, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Insurance roles. - Strong communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
