Job Summary Dynamic HR Recruiter with proven experience in bulk and volume hiring for the BPO industry, managing end-to-end recruitment and meeting hiring targets. Key Responsibilities - End-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring. - Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, consultancies and job fairs. - Screen profiles, conduct telephonic interviews and schedule interviews. - Manage walk-in drives and mass hiring campaigns. - Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closures. - Coordinate offers, onboarding and joining formalities. - Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring dashboards. - Track recruitment metrics such as TAT and offer-to-join ratio. Required Skills - Minimum 2 years of BPO bulk & volume hiring experience. - Strong sourcing, communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and recruitment MIS. Preferred Qualification MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Experience hiring for customer service, telesales or collections preferred
