**Role Overview:** We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in managing HR operations and strategic initiatives within Global Captive Centres. The ideal candidate will have expertise in driving HR processes, managing change, and partnering with global stakeholders to deliver impactful people strategies. **Key Responsibilities** **HR Operations & Employee Engagement** - Manage end-to-end HR activities including employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HRIS administration. - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational objectives. - Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and implement data-driven solutions to improve workforce effectiveness. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local labor regulations through regular audits and process reviews. - Oversee documentation for service contracts, travel agreements, and employee mobility within the GCC framework. **HRIS & Data Management** - Serve as the SPOC for HRIS updates, corrections, and data integrity. - Ensure timely and accurate HRIS updates for payroll and benefits processing. - Leverage SAP or similar platforms for data management and reporting; conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy. **Change Management & HR Transformation** - Lead HR projects focused on process standardization, simplification, and digitalization within a captive setup. - Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility. - Communicate project timelines, resource requirements, and change impact effectively. - Partner with technical teams to design and implement HR systems and automation solutions within agreed timelines. **Qualifications & Skills** - **Experience:** Minimum 10-12 years in HRBP roles with exposure to Global Captive Centres. - Strong understanding of global HR processes and compliance frameworks. - Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (SAP preferred) and HR analytics. - Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and HR transformation projects. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
