**Position:** HR Business Partner (HRBP) **Number of Openings:** 2 **Position 1 Base Location:** Noida / Lucknow, Coverage: Noida, Greater Noida & Ghaziabad **Position 2 Base Location:** Kochi, Coverage: Kerala The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with Operations teams to drive the people agenda across the assigned market. The role is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and statutory compliance to support business growth across restaurant locations. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with Operations Managers and business leaders to support day-to-day HR activities. - Drive employee engagement, retention, and employee relations across the assigned market. - Lead recruitment activities across the assigned market, ensuring timely hiring to meet business and operational requirements. - Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning. - Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution. - Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR processes. - Review manpower, attrition, and HR metrics, and share actionable insights with business leaders. - Conduct regular restaurant visits to support employees and business teams. **Qualifications & Experience** - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification. - 6-8 years of overall HR experience, including a minimum of 4 years as an HR Business Partner (HRBP). - Experience in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, or any organization with high-volume hiring. - Strong knowledge of employee relations, labour laws, performance management, and HR operations. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market.
