Current Salary Expectation Notice Period Education (Full Time / part Time) **Responsibilities:** Ø Engaging in interviews, to gauge Candidate fitment with the company Values & Culture. Ø Ensure alignment with all the timelines for joining, confirmations, exits, etc. Ø Conduct timely Induction for all new Joiners Ø Engage with Key stake holders and build on employee camaraderie for the region. Ø Ensure retention of Key Performers, through strategic interventions and proactive planning. Ø Undertake & drive multiple employee engagement activities at a regional level. Ø Management of all employee related Grievances for the assigned region. Ø Management of all Disciplinary Cases for the region. This would entail alignment with all statutory regulations, internal policies and stakeholder management. Ø Any additional HR assignments or Projects which may be initiated by the company.
