Trusted by more than 48,000 businesses, Delhivery has shipped over 4 billion parcels and manages over 22 million sq ft of logistics infrastructure, supporting SMEs, large enterprises, and digital-first brands. **Role Description** The Human Resources Executive Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment activities for leadership and senior roles across the organization. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and involves partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and developing sourcing strategies for niche and high-impact positions. The role includes managing the complete hiring lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding—while ensuring a fair and inclusive selection process. The Executive Recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, use data and market insights to advise on hiring decisions, and collaborate closely with HR Operations and Employee Relations to support a consistent, high-quality candidate and employee experience. **Qualifications** - Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management experience, with a focus on talent acquisition for leadership and senior roles. - Hands-on expertise in HR Operations and HR Policies, including hiring processes, compliance, and documentation. - Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to build trust, manage stakeholder expectations, and support an inclusive workplace. - Proven experience as an executive or senior recruiter, ideally within logistics, e-commerce, or fast-scaling organizations. - Ability to use recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and data-driven metrics to manage pipelines and improve hiring efficiency. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage. - Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating cross-functionally with business and HR teams.
