Job description

**Job Title** AM / DM (Payroll) - Human Resources **JOB PURPOSE** To effectively facilitate and manage the people dimension by implementation of appropriate HR / OD / IR policies and processes that are in alignment with business goals. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Core Responsibilities** - Execution of end to end payroll process (involves pay rate change, allowance change, LOP, verification of bank account and PAN number, OTP input, stop salary & stop salary release, etc.) - Leave & Attendance Management (collating attendance from DISHA and sharing the same with the concerned HR SPOC on unit for authentication, compiling leave report from DISHA, ensuring timely roster updation on DISHA and final time office report to be incorporated in payroll) - Full & Final settlement for separated employees (involves reception of resignation information through Disha / mail / hard copy duly approved by HOD & respective HRBP, issuance of clearance form, initiation of FnF process post submission of completed clearance form by employee & sharing input advice with third party vendor. - Unit HR Dashboard/MIS/Attrition Analysis - Manage all tracker like C&P, Registration etc - Employee Benefit (Medical Insurance / GPA / GTLI) report to be shared with central team & medical benefit provider for medical claims settlement - Providing reliving letters & experience letters to the employees - Handling of attendance, reimbursement & medical insurance benefit related queries - Timely submission of all mandatory compliances - PF, ESI, EDLI, Actuarial, etc - Ensure 100% accuracy in capturing dependent details for insurance endorsement IN HRMS. **KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS** **Measurable Deliverables** - Ensure 100 % Error Free Payroll. - Disha HRMS updating without any error. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Minimum Qualifications** Post Graduate (preferably MBA in HR) **Experience** More than 4 years of relevant experience.
