Current Salary Expectation Notice Period Education (Full Time / part Time) **Responsibilities:** **Internal Communications:** - Develop and write internal communication for organization-wide HR initiatives, leadership messages, employee engagement campaigns, policy communication, and change management initiatives. - Create compelling copy for emails, newsletters, announcements, posters, and other employee communication material. - Develop communication calendars and ensure timely execution of planned campaigns. - Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and communication standards across all employee touchpoints. Provide creative direction on visual communication to ensure messaging effectiveness. - Capture and communicate success stories, employee achievements, and business accomplishments. - Work with design teams or external agencies to conceptualize posters, infographics, digital creatives, videos, and campaign collateral. **Leadership Communications:** - Draft speeches, talking points, scripts for the MD & CEO and CHRO, and HR senior leadership team. - Support leadership events, town halls, employee forums, and recognition events **Culture & Employer Branding** - Create content for Annual Reports, Integrated Reports, ESG reports, Culture Reports, and other external publications showcasing people practices. **Rewards & Recognition** - Timely and accurate distribution of rewards with minimal operational issues. - Support the execution of the organization's Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, ensuring a seamless employee experience. - Coordinate the distribution and communication of rewards and recognition collateral across the organization. - Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Procurement, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and distribution of rewards - Track budgets, reward inventory, and vendor timelines to ensure operational excellence - Regular reporting on nominations, participation, reward utilization, budgets, and program effectiveness - Monitor participation, nominations, and utilization metrics, and prepare periodic dashboards and insights for leadership. - Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance of all recognition programs. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders on Rewards & Recognition-related queries. - Support the design and launch of new recognition initiatives aligned with organizational culture and business priorities. - Own the communication strategy and execution for Rewards & Recognition programs. **Stakeholder Management** - Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Corporate Communications, and business leaders to understand communication needs. **Preferred Candidate Profile:** - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Mass Communication, Marketing, HR, or related discipline. - 4 to 8 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Content Writing, Employer Branding, or HR Communications. - Exceptional written and verbal English with outstanding editing and proofreading skills. - Strong storytelling and copywriting capability. - Ability to simplify complex business and HR concepts into engaging employee communication. - Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is desirable. - Basic understanding of visual design principles and campaign development. - Excellent stakeholder management, project coordination and vendor management skills. - Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret participation and engagement data - Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence. - High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership. **Key Result Areas (KRAs): Success Measures** - **Internal Communication Excellence:** Timely delivery of communication with high quality, accuracy, and consistency. - **Leadership Communication:** Quality and effectiveness of speeches, scripts, presentations, and leadership messaging. - **Employee Engagement Campaigns:** Successful execution of HR and culture campaigns with strong employee participation and engagement. - **Culture & Employer Branding:** Delivery of high-quality content for annual reports, culture reports, employer branding initiatives, and leadership publications - **Rewards & Recognition Program Management:** Seamless execution of recognition programs with adherence to timelines and governance - **Reward Fulfillment and Distribution:** timely and accurate distribution of rewards with minimal operational issues. - **Creative Content Development:** Development of impactful communication assets including posters, infographics, newsletters, videos, and campaign copy. - **Stakeholder Satisfaction:** Positive feedback from HR and business stakeholders on responsiveness, quality, and communication effectiveness. - **Vendor Management:** Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring high service levels - **Editorial Quality:** Error-free communication with strong adherence to brand tone, grammar, and style guidelines. - **Project Management:** Ability to manage multiple communication projects while consistently meeting timelines. - **Continuous Improvement:** Introduce new communication formats, storytelling techniques, and creative ideas to improve employee engagement and communication effectiveness.
