Hvac Site Engineer - Off Role

Job description

**Key Responsibilities :** - Supervise HVAC installation activities at project sites. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. - Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedule. - Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution. - Ensure installation complies with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. - Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. - Manage material planning, inventory, and site resources. - Resolve technical issues and provide support to site teams. - Ensure proper documentation, including work permits, inspection reports, and handover documents. **Required Qualifications :** - Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - 2 to 7 years of experience in HVAC project execution. - Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred. - Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems. - Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and layouts. - Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office. - Good communication and coordination skills.
