**Job Description Digital Engineering & Document Data Specialist (Grid Technologies):** Seeking a Digital Engineering & Document Data Specialist to support Grid Technologies and HVDC projects. The role focuses on engineering data management, Reference Designation System (RDS) activities, document metadata management, item designation, RDS code updates, and digitalisation of engineering information. The candidate will work closely with engineering disciplines, document management teams, and project stakeholders to ensure high-quality engineering data, compliance with project requirements, and efficient execution of document and asset information processes. Key responsibilities include supporting document list extraction, designation activities, engineering data analysis, RDS updates based on project comments, and maintaining structured engineering information across project lifecycles. Based on the current support scope, the role includes activities such as item designation, RDS code revision support, document data extraction, and document information management. The ideal candidate should possess strong digitalisation skills, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, Power BI dashboard development, Power Automate workflow creation, SharePoint, Excel automation, and data analytics. The individual will be responsible for transforming engineering and document data into meaningful reports, KPIs, dashboards, and automated workflows that improve project visibility and data quality. A strong understanding of document management systems, particularly iTWO and related project information management platforms, is essential. The candidate should be capable of working with large engineering datasets, managing document metadata, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within Grid Technology projects. A solid understanding of Grid Technology components, HVDC systems, substations, electrical equipment, engineering drawings, and technical documentation is required. Experience in international EPC, transmission, offshore wind, or HVDC projects will be a significant advantage, particularly when working with global customers and multi-country project teams. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, stakeholder coordination capabilities, and a passion for driving digital innovation and operational excellence within engineering and project execution environments. **Qualification & Skills:** - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent. - Master's Degree in Engineering, Digital Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Management, or Business Administration will be an added advantage. - 1015 years of professional experience in engineering management, document management, digital engineering, or project execution within the energy, transmission, or infrastructure sectors. - Strong knowledge of iTWO, SharePoint, engineering document management systems, and project information management processes. - Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel automation, ETL tools, integration of tools and dashboard development. - Good understanding of HVDC, Grid Technologies, substations, electrical equipment, engineering drawings, asset registers, and RDS principles. - Experience working in multinational and customer-facing project environments. - Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in international projects and collaboration with global engineering teams is highly desirable.
