**Job Title:** Hypervisor & VMware Administrator (L3) **Location:** Kolkata **Experience:** 10-16 Years **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and administer VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) - Provide L3-level support for hypervisor-related issues and incidents - Design, implement, and optimize virtual infrastructure solutions - Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and availability - Handle upgrades, patching, and security hardening of VMware platforms - Troubleshoot complex virtualization, storage, and network issues - Work closely with teams to support DR, HA, and backup solutions - Prepare documentation, SOPs, and technical reports **Required Skills & Experience:** - 1016 years of experience in virtualization and infrastructure support - Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter - Good knowledge of hypervisors, virtual networking, and storage - Experience with HA, DRS, vMotion, and backup integrations - Exposure to troubleshooting performance and capacity issues - VMware certifications (VCP/VCAP) preferred
