IAM Engineer Ping Forgerock

Job description

- 6+ years of experience in IAM engineering and production support, including significant time at L3/L4 escalation level. - Minimum 3+ years hands-on with Ping Identity (including Ping DaVinci) and/or ForgeRock Journeys in a production environment. - Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-platform IAM incidents and solutions from diagnosis through permanent fix. - Track record of leading major incident root cause analyses and driving remediation to closure. Experience acting as design authority and mentoring engineers on an IAM platform. - Evidence of contributing to platform roadmap or architecture decisions, not just implementation. - Act as the senior escalation point (L3/L4) for IAM production incidents across PingOne, Ping DaVinci, PingFederate, and ForgeRock, owning issues end to end through to permanent resolution. - Serve as design authority and subject matter expert for the Ping Identity estate, setting technical direction on configuration standards, upgrades, and platform health.
