IAM Governance Leader

**Key Skills**: IAM, Saviynt, Sailpoint, ISO 27001, Audit **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead IAM governance and identity security operations, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls. - Design and implement IAM security patterns for provisioning, authentication, and access governance workflows. - Own operational governance for IAM platforms (SailPoint and Saviynt), including access request/approval processes and identity lifecycle management. - Drive audit readiness and evidence collection for identity-related controls, ensuring alignment with internal policies and standards. - Manage and mentor teams, setting performance goals and improving processes for continuous learning and operational excellence. **Skills Required:** - 10+ years of relevant experience in IAM security operations and governance. - Hands-on experience with SailPoint and/or Saviynt for IAM governance and identity lifecycle workflows. - Strong IAM domain expertise, including SSO, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). - Experience with IAM security operations and governance at scale, including access governance and privileged access controls. - Knowledge of IAM security patterns and integrations, including provisioning and access governance; exposure to Microsoft Azure is a plus. Good to Have: - Experience with audit processes and identity-related audit evidence management. - Working knowledge of ISO 27001. **Education:** B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in Engineering/Technology or related field.
