Job description

**Job Requirements** **BPM (Business Process Management):** Responsible for implementing / maintaining BPM (Workflow) system Development of Workflows, and related requirements like reports, etc. on the IBM BPM/BAW tool, based on interactions with the functional team and the users. Understanding the business requirements, finalizing business processes and providing inputs for optimizing and enhancing system performance. Interacting with Business Functions / Functional Team to understand business requirements to enable configuration and enhancement of functionalities. Design and development of codes, scripts, etc for the Workflows (Development of Business Objects, User Interface Screens (Coaches), etc.) Design , Develop, Configuration and Unit testing Prepare technical documentation and process handbook on configuration and support Create / Maintain Master Data Information, pertaining to the BPM System and the process flows. Consolidation of information for Reporting / MIS Exploit IT Tools and leverage their functionalities for improving processes Keep abreast with latest IT mechanisms and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes. **Work Experience** Graduate in Engineering with relevant experience : Development of Business Objects, User Interface Screens (Coaches) Demonstrative knowledge on web application technologies –HTML, CSS, java script, dojo, jQuery, Ajax, other web technology, and Database technologies RDBMS , SQL , PL/SQL Experience in working on any of the BPM tools Exposure to WebSphere, BPM and ECM. Experience in working on relevant latest technologies / AI concepts will be an added advantage
