**Job Description:** **Role: IBM ISAM Developer** **Required Technical Skill Set - ISAM** **Location - PAN India** **Mandatory Skills** - IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) - ISAM Base, AAC (Advanced Access Control) & Federation Modules - SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OIDC, ADFS - IAM & LDAP Operations Support - ISAM Administration, Configuration & Troubleshooting - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Implementation - Application Integration with ISAM - Federation & Access Management Solutions - Strong Incident Management and Operational Support Experience **Roles & Responsibilities** - Manage and support ISAM Base, AAC, and Federation modules - Configure and support SSO and Federated Authentication solutions - Implement MFA, OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms - Integrate business applications with ISAM platforms - Troubleshoot issues from server level to user level - Handle day-to-day operational support activities and ticket resolution - Participate in outage calls and stakeholder discussions - Create and maintain SOPs, policies, and knowledge base documentation - Ensure SLA adherence and timely issue resolution - Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams Preferred Skills - Tivoli Directory Server (TDS) - EAI, PD Admin, Python, Distributed Session Cache, Web Services - Java / JavaScript - Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab, Chef, Puppet - CI/CD & DevOps Methodologies - Azure Migration Experience - Customer & Stakeholder Management
